Can I use a 4G or Jio VoLTE SIM in my GPS trackers?

The GPS devices are 2G devices and can only be used with 2G, 3G or GPRS SIM cards. They can NOT be used with 4G or VoLTE SIM cards.

You can also use M2M SIMs with GPS devices but please contact the support team before purchasing such SIMs. Currently, some telecom operators do not allow the device SIM to connect to NLP network, and thus, the signal is not trackable.
