How to add teachers in substitution exclusions?

> Timetable > Substitution Exclusions

Teachers can be added to the substitution exclusions to replace them with the teachers who were unavailable or absent on the day. The page will be displayed with the Employee Name, Employee ID and Department.

  1. Click to add a teacher in the list. The pop-up window will appear.
  2. Select Department from the drop-down menu. The teacher’s list will appear.
  3. Select checkcircle against the teacher’s name.
  4. Click ADD. The teacher will be added to the substitution exclusion list.

NOTE:

Click to delete the teacher’s name from the list.
