How to add the student remarks?

> Student > Student Remarks

Remarks can be given to the students on the basis of their performance in Academics and Discipline. There are two steps by which the remarks can be added Remark Details and Upload Photo and Tag Photos.

  1. Click to add the remark details. The new window will appear to configure student remarks.

Remark Details

  1. Select Remark Type from the drop-down menu.
    NOTE:
    Achievement is a positive remark (positive score), a slipup is a negative remark (negative score) and observation carries a score of 0 by default.
  2. Select Remark Category from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Score from the drop-down menu.
    NOTE:
    1 is the least critical.
    5 is the most critical.
  4. Enter Subject for the remark.
  5. Enter Description of the subject.
  6. Click to select Event Date.
  7. Click Next.

Upload Photo and Tag Photos

  1. Click to upload a photo of the student.
  2. Click to search student by Name/Admission No. The student will be tagged.
  3. Click Confirm.
