How to approve and end the visit request?

The visit request will be displayed in Upcoming including Visitor Name, Host, Visit ID, Scheduled Date and Time, Purpose, Check-In and Check-Out. The visit request needs to be approved by the authorised person (Front Office Executive, Admin or Principal) in Upcoming and then it will be displayed in OnGoing.

  1. Select Visit tab on the top of the page.
  2. Select Upcoming to view the added visit request.
  3. Click the desired visit request. The pop-up window will appear with visitor details.
  4. Enter Mobile No., if required (by default the registered number will be displayed).
  5. Enter No. of Additional Visitors (members with a visitor).
  6. Enter Remarks, if any.
  7. Click START VISIT. The next pop-up window will appear to enter OTP. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  8. Enter 4 digit OTP to proceed further. The next pop-up window will appear with Visit Pass.
    NOTE:

    • If you want to skip the OTP procedure then click SKIP and select the reason for skipping the OTP from the listed reasons in the window by selecting checkcircle against the listed reasons.
    • Click NEXT. The visit pass will be displayed, it can be downloaded by clicking  or click PRINT to print the visit pass. 
    • Click START. The visit will be started and will be displayed in ONGOING.


  9. The list of all the ONGOING visits will be displayed with Visitor, Host, Visit ID, Scheduled Date and Time, Purpose and Check-In. Click to print the visit pass.
  10. Click the desired visit request which you wish to end. The pop-up window will appear with visitor details including Visitor, Whom to Visit, Status, Scheduled Date and Time, Visit ID, Purpose, Check-In and No. of Visitors.
  11. Click END VISIT. The visit will be ended.

NOTE:

  • Click to view the history of all visits.
  • Click on the top of the page to select Date Range/Scheduled Date.
  • Select Status (Rejected, Completed or Missed) from the drop-down menu.
  • Select Purpose (Personal or Official) from the drop-down menu. The visits based on Statuses such as rejected, completed or missed and Purpose such as official or personal can be viewed including Visitor name, Host, Purpose, Scheduled Date and Time, Check-In, Check-Out and Status.
