How to configure message approval settings?

Approvers for SMS/Email/Notification can be selected depending on the recipient types (student, staff, parent, new applicant, custom contact). Users who are selected as approvers will not require approval themselves. Admin can also select the exceptions (users who don’t need any approval) for the selected message modes. Message modes which are selected on the left side.

  1. Select checkbox against the communication mode against each recipient type for which approval is required.
  2. Click ADD APPROVERS. The pop-up window will appear to add approver.
  3. Select Department from the drop-down menu. The list of the employees will appear.
  4. Select checkcircle against the desired staff member.
  5. Click ADD. The staff member will be configured as an approver.

NOTE:

Click to delete the added approver.
