How to configure the global settings?

There are some settings which can be done for all the timetables are Preview settings, Class teacher and Max. and Min. Continuous. These settings will be applicable for all the timetables. There are settings which can be done only for view purpose for PDFs and excel these settings can be done for globally (it will be applicable for all the timetables).

  1. Select the type of setting (Preview Setting, Class Teacher or Min. and Max. Continuous) from the drop-down menu.
  2. If Preview Setting is selected then turn on the toggle against Show Subject Codes, Show Teacher Initial, Show Another Section’s Parallel Subject, as required and click Save.
    NOTE:
    Timetable preview settings will be applicable to all the timetables including PDF and Excel versions.
  3. If Class Teacher is selected, the class teacher name with section will be displayed. Select Period from the drop-down menu for the class teacher and click Save.
    NOTE:
    Period preference will be ignored if the class teacher is not mapped to a class or subject before timetable generation.
    Periods will be shown as per the class period structure which contains current date.
  4. If Min. and Max. Continuous is selected then turn on the toggle against Min. and Max. Continuous and click Save.
    NOTE:
    By enabling this setting will assign default minimum and maximum continuous classes per day.

NOTE:
