How to create renewal forms for upcoming academic year?

> Student > Promotion/Detention Settings > Renewal Form Settings

The renewal forms can be filled by the parents as a way of confirming that the student will continue studying in the school for the next academic year too. It is circulated among the parents of the provisionally promoted students to modify the existing student details before they are promoted or detained. The optional subjects for the upcoming academic year can also be selected along with it.

  1. Turn on the toggle to enable renewal form distribution.
  2. Select the  Deadline For Submission of the renewal form.
  3. Click to add the optional subject field.
  4. In the pop-up window, enter the Field Name (Ex. Games, Music).
  5. The optional subject fields can be shown in the renewal form and can be made mandatory. The number of students availability (vacancies) in the selected subject can also be displayed on the form. 
  6. Select the required optional subjects for each class from the displayed list.
  7. Click ADD.

NOTE:

  • Click to edit the optional subject field.
  • Click to delete the optional subject field.
