How to generate Admission Application/Registration Payment report?

> Admission > Admission Reports > Admission Application/Registration Payment Report

This report provides visibility into the partial payment status, indicating the amount paid by each parent or guardian and any outstanding balances. With this information, administrators can effectively manage fee collection processes, follow up on outstanding payments.

  1. Select the academic session for which the report needs to be generated.
  2. Select the class for which the admission enquiry is done.
  3. Select the application date for the selected admission process.
  4. Select the payment date for the admission process.
  5. Select the payment mode from the list of payment modes.
  6. Select the admission step for which you wish to generate the report.
  7. Select the status of the payment.
  8. Click SUBMIT.

    You can download the report in  PDF format or/and XLS format.
