How to modify the transport service assigned to the staff?

> Transport > Assign Transport Service

Assigned transport details to the staff can be modified or changed. Changes in the pick and drop services and stops can be done and the transport service can also be scheduled for a future date. The current service can be discontinued, if the staff doesn’t want to continue the current service.

1. Click Modify against the name of the transport service assigned. The pop-up window will appear.
2. Make changes to the pick and drop services as required. 
3. Click to schedule the transport service. The next window will appear.
4. Turn on the toggle for Pick up for assigning the pick-up service.
5. Select the required pick up service from the drop-down list of services.
6. Select the pick-up stops from the drop-down list of services.
7. Turn on the toggle for drop for assigning the drop service.
8. Select the required drop service from the drop-down list of services.
9. Select the drop stops from the drop-down list of services.
   NOTE:
   Click in pick-up to copy the pick-up service and pick-up stop to the drop service and drop stop.
   Click in drop to copy the drop service and drop stop to the pick-up service and pick-up stops.
10. By default, the Effective From (date) will be selected as the current date.
    The effective date is the date from which the transport facility will come into effect. You can choose a future date by which you wish to schedule the transport facility.
11. Click Save. The transport will be scheduled for the staff.
12. Click to discontinue the current service.
13. Select Reason for Discontinuing from the given reasons or select Custom Reason and enter the reason in Custom Reason field, if your reason is not listed.
14. Click Confirm. The service will be discontinued from the staff.

NOTE:

denotes there is a scheduled service against the staff. This will be shown against the current status of the staff.
