How to send reminders to fee dues?

Reminders can be sent to the parents of the kids whose fee is pending to pay. You can view the list of fee defaulters for a particular class-section and instalment for the current (active) academic session. Total fee due amount for each fee defaulter is displayed against their names, as per the selection of class-section and instalments. Number of pending instalments are displayed under the number of instalments column and can be clicked on in order to view the details of all the instalments which are due. Reminders can be sent individually as well as in bulk.

  1. Select FEE DUES or FEE DEFAULTERS tab on the top of the page.
  2. Select Class and Section from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Instalments from the drop-down menu. The list of the students will appear.
  4. Click Send Reminder to send the reminder individually. The pop-up window will appear.
  5. Select Mode of Reminder (SMS, EMAIL or NOTIFICATION) from the drop-down menu.
  6. Select Recipient from the drop-down menu.
  7. Click Edit Message to edit the message. The message can be edited.
  8. Click Send. The message will be sent.
  9. Click BULK REMINDER to send reminders in bulk for selected class and section.
