How to view and edit HRMS of the staff in the staff list?

> Staff > Staff list

  1. Click an employee name to edit the details.
  2. Select HRMS tab on the left side of the page.


  1. View the attendance in the calendar along with the total working days, Not marked and the total number of days present.


  1. View the leave balance and leave history in leave.
  2. Click Apply against the desired leave. The new window will appear.
  3. Select Leave Type from the drop-down menu.
  4. Fill in the Status, No. of Leaves, Leaves Taken and Reason field.
  5. Select Dates (From to To) and Leave Session from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Upload to upload the attachment, if any and click Apply.

ID Card

  1. ID Card will be shown for the staff member, click Download to download the ID Card.
