Communication can be done via SMS, Email and Notification.
- Select SMS, Email or Notification for which you want to view the dashboard.
- In Total Sent Widget, the total number of SMS, Email and Notification sent will be displayed in the form of graph based on Month and Day.
- In the Recipient Types Widget, the count of the percentage of the sent SMS, Email and Notification to the different recipients will be shown.
- In the Alert Sent-Module Wise Widget, the total number of SMS, Email and Notification sent will be displayed in the form of a graph.
- In Quick Link Widget, you can directly redirect to Reports, Inbox, Approvals and Settings.
