How to view and edit the scheduled SMS, Email or Notification?

  1. Click the SCHEDULED tab on the left side of the page.
  2. Click the SMS, EMAIL or NOTIFICATION tab from the top of the page.
  3. Search by the subject of the message. The scheduled messages for the selected mode of the message will be displayed. The subject, recipient type, sender role and status of the message will be displayed for SMS, Emails and notification.
  4. If the scheduled message needs to be edited, click on located at the top right of the screen below the yellow bar.
    The contents of the message that can be edited are message body, subject, message tags, priority, scheduled date and time.
  5. If the scheduled message needs to be removed, click on located at the top right of the screen below the yellow bar.

NOTE:
Editing scheduled message doesn’t involve reselection of recipients and mode of communication.
