- This report can be downloaded by the user to view the payroll summary according to payroll month.
- This report will include the list of staff members according to the filters applied for the selected payroll month and their allocated allowances and deductions.
- All the information displayed in this report is according to the salary. register defined for every staff member in the respective salary cycles
- Explanation of filters:
- Payband: User has to select the paybands from the created payband list for allocated staff members of which user wants to generate the summary report.
- Department: Allows the user to select the department whose staff members who have above selected payband will be displayed in the report.
- Payroll Cycle: Salary cycle for which the report has to be generated.
